Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most questions were pretty much expected and focused on my skills/experiences and how they would relate to the position that I was interviewing for. The recruiter did a good job preparing me for the interview. Though, the company has hired a new staffing firm, so I don't how the new people are.
The process was long and I met with many people. Overall it took a few weeks due to people's calendars to meet with everyone. But I did get a good sense of the cross functional team which was helpful.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Biogen (Weston, MA) in Jan 2013
Interview
I received a call soon after I applied for the position from HR. We spoke about the position, and then I spoke with the lead manager. I was very up front with my background and my skill set, and the hiring manager was keen to get me in for an interview. HR scheduled an all day session where I met with a number of individuals on the team, but it became clear that I did not have the background they were looking for. I was never contacted after the interview with an offer.
