Interview
I was planning on moving from another town and had already worked for big 5 for about a year as a cashier so I stopped in the local big five to see what it was all about.
I introduced myself to the store manager and ended up getting a tour of the place. within the next month I was called in and sat down with the store manager and then the first assistant.

Question 1
When I sat down with the first assistant, she was nervous because she had never done an interview before.
We just ended up talking about what it’s like to work there and the differences between districts.

Interview
Initial contact and first interview is with the store manager. Followed-up with the district manager. Afterwards you go through a drug screening and background check, you will be dealing with firearms, so the background check is a little more in depth.

Interview
I had to take a math test and the interview was very short. The math test was only about 5 minutes and very simple. I also had to be 18 years old and do a background check because the store sells firearms.
