Interview
There was barely an interview, I just came in with a copy of my resume and they hired me for a seasonal position after a couple questions about availability. I told them I was looking for a seasonal job during the weekdays and they offered me one on Tuesdays thru Friday. I worked there until right before Christmas but had a foot surgery planned for the following month so I had to resign since I could not climb ladders or carry anything.

Interview
It was quick, unprofessional and just asked a few questions. And they offered me minimum wage at 11 dollars an hour. Moving up was small increases. Said i would be in charge of shoe department which is their highest grossing profit.

Interview
It was rather simple and straightforward. My friend had a job there already so she was kind enough to forward me to her manager and I think that helped. He was very kind so he gave the impression that I was hired before I even arrived.
