Brand new store, used personnel placement agency. 200 applicants, 20 positions. Regional manager did interviews one on one, gave a week for call backs. Brought in managers from others stores, some accepting new promotions and relocating. Also hired some temporary personnel to set up the store, lasted maybe 3 weeks, but did not stay on as sales or cashiers.
