I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Beyond, Inc.
Interview
Phone discussion and one interview with a manager and lead. Interview was almost uncomfortably laid-back and casual. The people were very nice and the questions were not hard -just general behavioral questions and some questions about experience/ resume. They seemed most concerned about research experience and experience working in a call center environment. *Also, they hire for this position on a temp basis initial and expect to fire most of the new hires after one quarter. If you are only looking for a temp job, make that clear in the interview and it may improve your chances.

Interview
Group interview with team members. Portfolio review, skills assessment, style questions. Follow-up interview with team leader and department leader. Brief and unrehearsed interview, mainly getting a feel for personality mixing. Required multiple follow-up phone calls before final decision was made with a canned HR email.
