Group interview to start with scenarios, wanted to know exp and group activity than one on one interview. Pretty laid back interview basically answered questions and they write down the answers. the whole process took about 2 mo pretty long process.,

Interview
Overall the process took about two weeks. Very little phone interviews, instead was brought in to speak face-to-face with HR and customer service management. First interview was straight-forward but welcoming. She explained the culture and went on to ask me general personality-type questions. Second interview was with a member of the customer service team's management where we did some slight role-playing (more along the lines of "show me how you would do this" type of thing). Told when they were starting a new-hire training class and how the entire hiring process would go.

Hands on face to face it was a really easy process if you have prior customer service experience. They were friendly called back the next day, and was hired with in a couple of days.
