      Controls Engineer Interview

      Jun 27, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Baltimore, MD
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Berry Global (Baltimore, MD) in May 2022

      Interview

Very long!!! It took a month and half and really didn't need too. They asked what type of pay I was looking for. My reply was "in the range of 85,000 to 90,000. I was told this was doable which meant that my pay expectations and the pay salary range was the same. Had a great interview and they wanted make me an offer, but for some reason they wanted to lowball me and became fixated about what I made at my current job and needed to know in order to make an offer. Needless, to say I did not tolerate the unfairness and I ended up taking another offer from a company that made an offer based what they thought I was worth.
