Belong (CA) interview questions

Exciting! It talks more about your skills, what you can offer, and what is in the plate. Direct, and the recruiters are friendly. They built a solid base on what character they are looking for, and a basic understanding of who you are as a person.

It was a really cool process and interviews. Not going to lie, it's a long process with many steps. However, I liked it. There's a conversation with the HR team, then a technical assessment. After that, there are 4 interviews with other engineers and leaders to talk about your background, your skills, how you work in your day-to-day and technical questions. The HR team, especially the recruiter, was very helpful, being transparent and concerned about me and my feedback.
