I was initially contacted by Matt Newlin who is a recruiter for Belong. Matt provided an awesome first contact with Belong and gave me an incredible first impression of the company with his charm and honesty. The actual interview process consisted of multiple interviews with different individuals of varying rank within the company. Each person I interacted with was charismatic and passionate. The interviews were all conducted virtually, which is truthfully not ideal, but unfortunately sometimes necessary in this day and age. The interviews did not feel like standard rehearsed questions but more like a two-way conversation about the fit for both sides. I was able to receive all of the information that I felt I needed at the time. Overall, my interview process at Belong was smooth, detailed, and spurred my interest in working for the company.
