I applied online. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Gainesville, FL) in Sep 2012
Interview
I was called by an HR Manager over the phone from indeed.com, after a small interview over the phone he requested for me to meet the district manager and one of the local stores. When I arrived he asked questions about my previous experience and how I handle customers on an everyday basis. The interview was very informal kind of a get-to-know-you interview. There's really no way to practice or be prepared other than giving them my history. I received the job that day and started orientation a week later.

Interview
Be careful! They'll bait and switch you! I applied for district HR Manager and the interviewer "misread" my resume and claimed I'm not qualified for this position (which I am) and tried to offer me a much lower position in stores. Then proceeded to claim I "make a lot" for the type of position I'm currently in. I left frustrated and offended. Talk about a waste of time!
