The process was actually quite simple, I applied online on the website. They take a while to respond to you, depending on the location and the need for employees, but oftentimes they shouldn't take any longer than a week. If you go in the store, they speed up the process and ask you when you're free so that they can interview you. They actually never say they aren't hiring.
