Bed Bath & Beyond interview questions

3 interviews, usually on the spot. 1st interviewer is Hard side manager, 2nd interview is by soft side manager and final interview is by store manager. A walk of the store if they are interested and another interview by selected department and in-depth detail of what you would be doing and what’s expected of you.

The interview was a behavioral interview with the store manager. I was taken into the the manager's office was seated and had a conversational style interview. It was very laid back and did not require business formal attire.
