Interview
So I hope this is helpful because when I was getting ready for this interview I couldn’t find much about how the interview process is for the call center. But the interview process is long. Definitely plan on being there for about 2 hours if they like you. So when I first got there I met with a recruiter she asked me some basic questions about my background and also went over the job. She was really nice and it was a laid back environment. So she liked my answer so she passed me along to a hiring manager she was really nice she asked behavioral questions and more questions about my background. So she told me she was going to get the recruiter so I’m thinking they were going to tell me to leave and they would get back with me. That was not the case I had to take 2 assessment test which were pretty simple. So after I completed those she came in and told me I had got the job. I was hoping I did after all that lol. But it was worth it.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview consisted of the WORLD CLASS interview questions and meeting with three managers individually. They interviewed me on the spot after I turned in my application, and I received a phone call offering me a position with the company the next day.
