Informal in store and behavioural questions. Easiest way to get an interview is through a referral from somebody working in the store through speaking to their manager or any manager as everyone is well acquainted

I got the call to come in and was able to get an in-person interview the same week. I met with the Manager and another supervisor before I left. I have two degrees and they understood that this was only temporary. It was a very honest conversation about expectations.
