Bed Bath & Beyond interview questions

I submitted my resume through an online career job search site. Approximately 2 weeks later, I received a call from the regional HR Manager to come in for an in-person interview. The interview, itself, was pretty laid-back and relaxed. The HR Manager asked some really unique and interesting questions and took notes based on my responses. After a 15 minute Q&A period, the HR Manager invited me on a tour of the store where we had more opportunity to talk back and forth. Towards the end of the tour I was given the opportunity to ask any questions that I had for him. I was very pleased with the process and I am scheduled to meet with the District Manager in a couple of days for a second interview.

I filled out an application in store. I called about a week later to see if they had received my application. I was brought in for an interview within a week. The interview was casual. I was offered a position the same day.
