I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond in Sep 2014
Interview
I went in to the store, which had large signs about hiring for the past several months, and grabbed an application. The woman at the counter said when I brought it back to ask for the manager on duty. When I brought it back I was briefly talked to about availability etc. Then I got a call for a more formal meeting. That was pretty quick- 20 mins, and standard questions. I wasn't sure about the interview, but later that day the manager called and said I had the job as part-time sales associate.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond
Interview
Very basic, applied online received an email from the HR manager. Then spent a few days tracking her down. I had a phone interview then met with the DM then the RM. Was told they would make a decision the same day. I was offered the job 3 weeks later.

Question 1
It was more of a conversation than a real interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond in Oct 2014
Interview
I got a call for an interview within a day of applying. I met a manager and then another hiring manager who asked me more specific questions. They offered me the part-time position then and there. I'm about to accept it.

Question 1
The interviewer asked me to describe an instance where an employee could go above and beyond in helping a customer. I gave an answer but then he redundantly asked it again in another way which was frustrating.
