Bed Bath & Beyond interview questions

It was a fairly average interview, was told that customer service is greatly important in this business and that the customer always comes first. I was asked about my education background and my availability and how comfortable I am with interacting with various people. Was told about the store managers open door policy, and that if I had any questions about anything or wanted to talk to them when hired, it would be no problem. Was offered the minimum wage at the time, as I didn't have much experience.
