One interviewer - 1st interview very general; 2nd interview situational and behavioural; 3rd interview specific and technical; 4th and 5th interviews with Regional Managers - situational and behavioural.
Interviewer was very pleasant. Easy to converse with almost informal. Encourages you to be yourself. Now doing some panel style interviews as well. Reasonably up front in answering your questions also. Looking for a specific style and ability level and attitude.

Interview was easy and short. Focused on customer service. Retail interview for a part time position so it was more about your personality then skills. They wanted to gauge you're friendliness and how you interact with the people around you. Another very important factor was your availability. The more open you're availability the more likely you will get a job offer.

The application was on paper, it was about 4 pages. Brief and Simple questions in interview and on application , Fast Hiring process, Training is also easy but lasts 4 to 5 days, They do let you pick which dept. you would like. They value your availability as well.
