I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Upland, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Interview process is pretty simple. You fill out a paper application when you submit the application the person at the counter calls a manager who will give you a on the spot interview after that you get a call to come back for a second interview. So in most cases professional attire is option at your first interview. Definitely go dressed to impress for the second time around.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Macon, GA) in May 2012
Interview
They are very focused on customer service. Every question was based on making customers happy and how you would handle different types of customers. The whole thing took maybe 30 minutes while they talked to me and checked my references. I talked to the store manager and then I met the other three managers. I started work that night.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond in May 2015
Interview
I applied online and they called a week later to set up an interview. I had to go in 15 minutes early to fill out an in-store application (same thing as online, not sure why I had to do this). There was no where to sit apparently so my interview was standing and in the hot sun. It was about 20 minutes long. Not really normal interview questions they only asked me about my past retail job and if they gave me a lot of training. They called the next day and offered me the job so I think they just really needed to hire ASAP
