Bed Bath & Beyond interview questions

First interview with District HR. Basic getting to know you interview. Good overview of the company. Duties, responsibilities, outline of a day in the life. Second interview with District manager. More in depth. Background, experience, management style all discussed in depth. The whole;e process was done fairly quickly. Both interviews within a week of each other.

Asked a few generic questions, asked about the importance of customer service, and then asked how I felt about their policies with customer service. If you do not have a background in retail they will ask about what you would like to do and what made you choose to do what you do, if you do they will ask you about previous experiences and how you best served the customer there. It was a pleasant experience overall.
