I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Alpharetta, GA) in Oct 2014
Interview
It was rather simple. It was a calm discussion of what my work history was and how I could help the team. (Key for a good chance of success, smile!!!) It was a one on one interview with the manager. I was confident I would get the job since I have a couple years of retail experience under my belt. The interview itself took about 30 minutes. I basically got hired on the spot and had to come back for the orientation. Meanwhile, I got my background check awaiting the orientation, I filled out most of the paperwork during the orientation. It was rather simple and easier since it was a paper application rather than one onine. you can just walk in, ask fot the manager and hand them your application. In my area, they were always hirirng. So, it was easy for me to get the job and when they heard my credentials it was guranteed. All you have to do during the interview is be calm, confident in your skills, and SMILE.(I was told to do this by one of the managers)
