Interview
The process was brief, mainly situational questions and about my availability. The overall interview was about 15 minutes with questions like “describe a time where you had a conflict with a customer and how did you resolve it”

What was your favorite thing about working at your last job?
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.

Interview
When turning in your application they do a 5 minute on the spot interview with a Manger on Duty. Afterwards, they called to arrange a formal interview with the store manager.
