Interview
I got a call for an interview. I spoke with the operations manager, and he asked if why I wanted to work at Bed Bath and Beyond. He asked if I was scared of ladders and if I was afraid of getting dirty. He then had me speak with another senior manager. She asked about ladders and getting dirty. I then got a call from the store manager asking for another interview. He just talked to me when I came in and called that night with an offer.
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about why I wanted to work there and what experience I had. Then they asked about my available hours and things like that. It wasn’t too difficult or anything like that.
