Walked in and asked Customer Service if I could speak to the store manager. They handed me an application that I filled out and returned to them. I received a call within a few days for an interview. Met one on one with the store manager who was very professional. Quick hiring process.

A question or two that were retail-related. As this was my first retail position, I answered to the best of my abilities. Still got hired.
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.

When turning in your application they do a 5 minute on the spot interview with a Manger on Duty. Afterwards, they called to arrange a formal interview with the store manager.
