Interview
It wasn't a hard process. I went in, filled out an application, and the next day I got a phone call. I scheduled an appointment for an interview for the followiing week. During the interview I was asked about my previous employment and then I had to take a personality test which took like an hour to complete. Everything was going great and I was told by several people that this means you are basically hired. I waited a few days for a phone call that never came. I don't know what could have gone wrong.

Describe an experience at your previous job in which you dealt with an angry customer.
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.

Interview
When turning in your application they do a 5 minute on the spot interview with a Manger on Duty. Afterwards, they called to arrange a formal interview with the store manager.
