I went on one interview that lasted 3.5 hours. I met with five different people from the planning department. Three out of five spoke to me in a condescending tone and were extremely chauvinistic. Even if I got the job offer, I would have thought twice about taking the position. It was not a very welcoming atmosphere for women.

Interview
First phone screening interview. Then I was asked to come into the office for 1:1 interview. I meet with many different people in one day for about 30 minutes each. Many times people will have a second interview, and meet with additional people. They took a while to follow up, but eventually offered the job. All up the interview process was about 3 months.
