Paper application is straightforward; if management is interested they will contact you; if contacted you must complete two interviews with different members of management; interviews are fairly straightforward and predictable for a retail position; I was notified that management was going to choose to hire me immediately after completing the second interview.

Question 1
No difficult or unexpected questions; very straightforward and predictable for a retail position interview
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about why I wanted to work there and what experience I had. Then they asked about my available hours and things like that. It wasn’t too difficult or anything like that.
