Interview
There are three interviews throughout a two week period. First you speak to a hr rep, then a manager, then a senior manager. It's all fairly cut and dry, the actual interviews don't last more than 7-8 minutes.

I interviewed with the store manager, and we spoke about what the job entailed. He presented me with a job offer that day, and we negotiated a suitable rate.
