Interview
I had two standard interviews. In my first interview they stated that a full-time position could be attained after working part-time for 3 months. However, during the second interview, they claimed that no full-time positions would be available in the near future.
It was fairly easy, it felt like catching up with a friend you haven't spoke to in a while. They ask you questions such as availability and why you would be good for the position.
Simple easy process . Literally got called in the same day. Went into the office he asked my availability and ask like 3 questions. Told me the pay which is 11.5 and got hired the same day
Interviewer was friendly and asked questions about me and my skills. Asked me if I had ever worked with a team. She spoke about her experience in the store and talked about the city where she was from
