During the prescreening interview, the person who interviewed me was unprofessional. She asked why I left my last company. I provided my reasons and also explained my interest in Bayer. She cut me off, raised her voice, and said she only wanted to know why I was leaving my current company, not why I wanted to join Bayer. I had to awkwardly repeat the reasons I had already given. She continued to press for what she called the "real reason."
It became clear I wouldn't get the job. To make matters worse, I later discovered that Bayer had deleted my application account. Deleting a candidate's account after a negative interview experience seems like an unnecessary and vindictive action.
