The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bayer in Apr 2011
Interview
Behavioral questions. Prepare to talk about your past, strengths/weaknesses, hardest challenges, etc.
I studied the pharmaceutical industry prior to the interview so I could drop in some facts I knew.
Very quick to get back to me (within a week) but also given little time to consider the offer.
It seemed like I would be working alone, which is not what I was looking for in an internship.
I absolutely loved the HR representative, I would have worked for her any day.
The interview questions were very technical. The interviewers were very professional, friendly, and, respectful. The questions were directly based on my resume. I had three sets of interviews in 4 weeks
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bayer (São Paulo, ) in Nov 2024
Interview
2 rounds with behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions focused on things listed on your resume but also be aware of techniques mentioned in the JD. I heard back from them after 2 weeks and they gave me 3 days to decide if I wanted to take the offer.
