Interview
I first applied to this position several months ago and didn't hear anything from them until I received a call from a Recruiter the day before the interview and she asked if I was still interested in this position. The interview takes place on Microsoft Teams and I had 2 people speaking with me during the call, one of which was the hiring manager.

3 Phasen:
- Telefoninterview HR
- Online-Interview Fachbereich
- 1,5-tägiges Assessment Center. Zuerst Kennenlernen von Mitbewerbern, dann von Observern und dann Start in das eigentliche AC.
Im AC:
- Selbstpräsentation mit größtem (Miss-)Erfolg sowie Ausblick auf aktuelle technische Herausforderungen und den eigenen Beitrag in deren Bewältigung
- Streitgespräch / Priorisierung von Aufgaben
- Gruppendiskussion über aktuelle Trends
- Einzelinterview
Angebote wurden direkt am Ende des AC gemacht, währenddessen hat also schon der Bewertungsprozess stattgefunden.
