The process took about 2-3 weeks. The interview was not organized well...they did not confirm the interview schedule until the day before the interview. And when I visited their office, they made me wait for almost an hour because the interviewer had something else going on. Overall, it was an unpleasant interview experience.

The interview questions were very technical. The interviewers were very professional, friendly, and, respectful. The questions were directly based on my resume. I had three sets of interviews in 4 weeks

Entrevistas simples, nenhuma competência técnica testada, apenas fit cultural. No geral como a empresa têm uma cultura boa as perguntas eram bem conduzida sem ter pressão desnecessária. As perguntas foram sobre "minha história", "Porque eu quero a Bayer", "Onde me vejo daqui alguns anos" ... A Dinâmica de grupo foi conduzida em inglês mas o nível era bem básico.
2 rounds with behavioral and technical questions. Technical questions focused on things listed on your resume but also be aware of techniques mentioned in the JD. I heard back from them after 2 weeks and they gave me 3 days to decide if I wanted to take the offer.
