Screening phone call followed by phone interview. Screening interview was very typical; what made you apply for the position, why do you want to work for the company, what do you expect out of your job in the next 3 years. Phone interview was more detailed with specific questions about work and educational history.

What was your worst mistake at your previous employer.
Two rounds of interviews done online. HR was not involved just hiring managers. It was conducted seamlessly during Covid period. Questions asked was expected of a sales position and process was fair and straightforward for all parties involved.

Friendly but long, too many questions, and they read from a module I think is mandatory by their HR dep. However, they can ask more about situations not in the module. it might be one or two interviewer

It was multiple interviews, each time with a different panel of people. Pretty formal interview process. Each interview was over one hour in length and was spread out over the course of multiple days.
