First a phone interview with a member of the HR team, and then an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Interviews were 30mins and 1 hour long, respectively, and was very professional and courteous. Hiring manager and HR were very polite and friendly.

Procedure bestond uit verschillende sollicitatie rondes: online sollicitatie, telefonische intake, meerdere gesprekken en een volledige dag assessment bij extern bureau, pittig. Al met al professioneel opgezet, je komt er alleen doorheen met een goed verhaal.
