The company has switched to preset questions from core competency areas. They are not questions about what you would do, they are questions only about what you have done. This makes it difficult to move up in the company if you do not have experience.

Entrevista boa, tem que saber inglês básico, porque que não utilize mais é uma exigência do cargo. Então para conseguir passar deve saber outra língua. Ser bom em grandes culturas
Consisted of a one time, two-person interview over the computer. People were cordial and respectful. The questions were not difficult. They were clear about their consideration process and how they operated at the site and well as who would be overseeing the position.
