Interview
The process of interview was simple in a average, where I had 3 meetings and some telephone calls with recruiters: one with a third-party recruiter, then with Bayer HR recruiter and then with the Director of the areas. Both were conversations about my career experience, and the offer proposed by them.

Question 1
Was more like a conversation about my career, my experience and what is my short-term professional targets. But, whole conversation in english, that is not my mother tongue, what increases a little bit the complexity.
