Bath & Body Works Store Manager interview questions

Unprofessional and inquisition are my views on this. I felt like I was defending myself and that there was no real Interest in me or interviewing me. It was more of an interrogation. A waste of my time

Most of the reviews were highly centered on the behaviour questions, the interviewer told me straight out most the questions would be based on business acumen. They are going to want hard numbers and answers about the hard numbers for improving them.
