They waited months to tell me they weren't interested in hiring me after hiring 3 people after I introduced myself. They asked me about my availability and my skills. I mentioned how my availability was wide open, and my experience in customer service. I called a few days later to touch base post interview and they stressed that they would contact me. It wasn't a great experience.

The interview process was pretty easy and straight forward. Nothing out of the ordinary...more of tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in five years time, whether or not you have a car/how do you intend to commute to work. Just the basic interview questions. etc
