I walked in with my resume and left it with the manager. A few weeks after, I was called for a group interview with ten other people. We were asked some behavioral questions such as; tell me about yourself, what's your best customer service experience and some other scenario questions. We learnt a lot about the culture and ways of working and were told we would hear back within a week or two. I got my offer a week after.

I was called from the stores phone to interview in person. I was hired then after answering questions about my experience in sales. Apparently this store really needs employees. I’m waiting to see how well I am treated as an employee. May be the answer to why they need employees so bad.
