Interview
30 minutes of questioning, asked how you would sell a product to a customer. In this interview, you were able to make up any scenario. Gave a tour of the store, asked about my favorite smell, and tried to make it personal by giving a scent I was familiar with.

Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. I came in and they asked me standard interview questions (it was a group interview). A couple of hours after the interview had finished, I had received a phone call from the hiring manager and they let me know I got the job !!
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Saratoga Springs, NY) in Oct 2020

Quick and easy with immediate feedback, kind staff and leadership, easy questions of typical interviews, expectations and job description clearly laid out and questions answered, questions like “how would you handle an upset customer?” things like that
