I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Mississauga, ON)
Interview
I had two one on one interviews with two different managers, the first one basically just asked about my myself, my availability and why I want to work there and the second one (the next day) just asked me to sell her a product in the store and what my favourite scents are. Super easy.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Apr 2024
Interview
The contact was personable, but there was no communication afterwards. They told me to call them to ask if I had the job or not. That seemed very off even for a part time retail job.
Had one interview when store was hiring for holiday help. Manager was super nice. I’ve worked retail, so the questions were easy - things like what would you do if, how did you handle, etc
