Simple! You meet with store manager or hiring manager! They look over your resume and ask questions based on experience! You usually hear something back within 24-48 hours! Good luck.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Merrimack, NH)
Interview
Was called in for a solo interview with one of the managers. We sat down in the back of the store and I was prompted at the start to talk about myself as an
introduction and then was asked questions regarding my experiences and qualifications.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (San Mateo, CA)
Interview
I applied online for both keyholder and assistant manager as I had experience as both and needed a job due to a loss of my previous one because of covid closure. When i got there I had to wait about 10min which I didn’t mind. Then during my interview she confirmed that I was there interviewing for a sales associate position which I wasn’t but again I really needed a job so i went a long with it. The interview was very conversational and I can’t remember exactly what questions were asked only a few. But it was very easy and she was very friendly. We even spent the last few minutes just talking about our personal lives and not even job related. She told me she did see me as a more of a management position as most of my answers were management related. She asked If i would be interested in other locations and i said yes. She told me I would here back in a week as she was conducting other interviews but made it seem like I really did get it or at the least could work at a different location. I waited a week and never heard back. Really disappointing. edit. as soon as i wrote this i got a call back saying her boss is now back from vacation so she would like to set up a follow up interview with me. not sure if i will do it as I have been waiting nearly a month now to hear back. kind of unprofessional
