The interview process was strange as it was three people, including myself, getting interviewed all at the same time and taking turns answering the questions the manager asked us. It seemed somewhat unprofessional that we were grouped all together.

It’s straight forward and it’s more so a personality screening to see how well you get along with others and how comfortable you are talking to customers. A random question they may ask is what is your favorite scent. Before covid they would do group interviews which you gotta push as hard as you can to sell how valuable you are. But now with covid it’s a bit calmer to do a one on one interview. As well another advice if you are very available that’s a big bonus but overall they do work around your schedule if you have school or other responsibilities.
Fast, only 3 interviews. They are pretty fast. Does feel very cold honestly. You will have to talk about yourself a lot. They typically take you around the store you'll be working at. Lasted around an hour and a half
