I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Natick, MA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Showed up early, seen right away, and met with the manager. She told me what the job was about, what I would do everyday, and then sent me to the assistant manager. Assistant manager showed me what I would be doing, and then had me do a demonstration. Once I did ok with that, and I showed improvement the more I did it, I was offered the job.

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Yonkers, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied in December didn't get a call back until April. The interview is very easy if you are an actual customer. They let you choose any product and you have to sell it to them. You have to be very bubbly and showoff your personality. They don't expect you to know all about the products cause they train you for that. The interview was easy for people who can sell.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Calgary, AB) in Aug 2015
Interview
I went in and was interviewed on the spot. I was asked basic questions and he seemed very interested and wanted to offer me a higher sales position due to my experience and how well the interview was going. He said that he wanted to put me on the schedule the following week and that he would for sure give me a call. I was very surprised when I never received a call.
