I applied online. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works
Interview
laid back and friendly, focused on previous retail experience and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once since the stores tend to be consistently busy
several questions about which products you use and why you like them to demonstrate basic product knowledge
Concise and informative, process explained thoroughly, job requirements discussed up front. Interviewers were personable. 3 step interview process that started with a phone interview with Human Resources, followed by a phone interview with the store manager and assistant store manager, ending with an in person interview with the store manager
Group Interview for seasonal position. Was a very laid back interview asked why we wanted to work there, our experience all the basic interview questions. I initially had a phone interview and then was called in to come into the store for the group interview.
