Bath & Body Works interview questions

The interview process was very simple. I applied online and was called to stop by for an interview. It took about 30 minutes. They asked about my past experience, sales styles, team work skills, and management preferences. We discussed my availability for scheduling.

I had the best experience interviewing with BBW. Everyone was professional and prepared to speak with me. Their recruiter Catherine was the single most professional in house recruiter I’ve ever worked with. I interviewed with the hiring manager twice, then a group of peers one on one over the course of a few hours. The final step was the AVP.
