I called the store a few days after applying, and had an interview about a week later. I was asked general questions. I wasn't asked to present a product, but a lot of people say you should be prepared to do so. I wore a blazer with a blouse and slacks, with short heels and light makeup. Just be yourself and give honest answers.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Brownsville, TX) in Sep 2022
Interview
Quick same-day interview during National Hiring day. A very relaxed process with not too many interview questions. The manager asks you more about yourself and you in certain situations during work.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Corpus Christi, TX) in Sep 2022
Interview
Professional, welcoming, and genuine. The entire interview process was very down to earth. There was no intimidation or tension or any feeling of inferiority. It was very respectful and although it was the manager of the store conducting the interview I was made to feel equal to the employees as well as the employers all the while maintaining the understanding that whom I was speaking with could potentially become my future boss. The manager was very humble and professional and it felt more like I was being welcome to the family rather than getting jumped in to some unorganized dictatorship that left the lingering taste of regret before even getting to the table.
