The interview was a group interview. There were about 8-10 of us; 5 of us got hired. The interview itself was pretty light and playful filled with various questions with expectations ranging from acting to sharing personal experiences or opinions. Best piece of advice: just be yourself and try to have fun with it.

- "What's your name, tell me something about yourself and describe your experience working in the customer service industry."
- "Why do you want to work at Bath & Body Works?"
- "As a seller, how would you sell this product?"
- "Between selling, stock and fill and being a cashier, rank the three on how much you'd want to do it."

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
