Interview
It was a group interview with the store manager. Four girls in total, and she would ask a question and we would take turns answering. The atmosphere was alright, most of the questions were about previous work experiences. We also had to practice a lotion demo as well as "sell" a product to the manager.

First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
